There are 2 layers of fabric: A thick stretchy white on the bottom to give the dress the support and flow it needs; and a lightweight stretchy fashion-grade mesh on top for the authentic Rinoa look!

The halter trims are of satin with an iridescent sheen, it was expertly cut & crafted for a smooth look, not at all wrinkly or bunched together :)
